About Me

My name is Katie Delahanty and I'm hosting this leg of the hunt. Thank you for visiting! My debut YA novel KEYSTONE released in January 2020. It's a near-future sci-fi story about teen Influencer who fakes her death to join a secret society of thieves on a mission to steal analog history before dark forces can forever alter the past. The second book, INCOGNITO, releases in October 2020 and I'd love for you to check the series out!

Now, for all the hunt info. And be sure to enter my personal giveaway, below, too!

Go to the YA Scavenger Hunt page to find out all about the hunt. There are FOUR contests going on simultaneously, and you can enter one or all! I am a part of the RED TEAM--but there is also a blue team, a gold team, and a purple team, all with chances to win different books! If you'd like to find out more about the hunt, see links to all the authors participating, and see the full list of prizes up for grabs, go to the YA Scavenger Hunt page.

Directions: Below, you'll notice that I've listed my favorite number in red. Collect the favorite numbers of all the authors on the red team, and then add them up (don't worry, you can use a calculator!).

Entry Form: Once you've added up all the numbers, make sure you fill out the form here to officially qualify for the grand prize. Only entries that have the correct number will qualify.

Rules: Open internationally, anyone below the age of 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission to enter. To be eligible for the grand prize, you must submit the completed entry form by April 5, 2020, at noon Pacific Time. Entries sent without the correct number or without contact information will not be considered.

Meet Christopher Mannino

I'm super excited to introduce you to Christopher Mannino, the author I'm hosting, and his series The Scythe Wielder's Secret! Check out this awesome trailer for the first book!

And here is a bit of exclusive content, courtesy of Chris:

After the Great War with the Dragons, Deaths melted thousands of scythes into larger blades. They strew the blades around the College, forming a ring of twenty-foot arches, each made from pure mortamant. The metal and scythes were imbued with a special spell so no creature other than Deaths and Elementals could pass through the Ring of Scythes, or fly over the College at all.

The Ring can be sealed at a moment's notice with a special scythe, held by the Head of the College. The Ring extends unbroken around the entire campus. Any archway can be passed through by Deaths, though some are used more frequently than others. Most of the arches are roughly equal in size, although two larger scythes form a 35-foot arch over the Lethe canal, at a point where supplies (such as fresh mortamant, the metal used in scythes) are ferried from the capital city of Mors.

As one of the only parts of the College actually made by Deaths, the Ring of Scythes remains a focus of pride in the World of Deaths. During the Styxia holiday, commemorating the War, a parade circles the entire Ring once.

You can find out more about Chris at

I'm giving away 3 digital copies of KEYSTONE and 1 grand prize winner will also receive a $15 Amazon gift card. Use this Rafflecopter to enter to win!

And don't forget to enter the BIG giveaway for a copy of ALL the red team books!
